Introducing the 3 Bird Roll: a boneless joint containing chicken, duck, pheasant, and your choice of stuffing. A meal fit for a king that you can enjoy with your family, without all the fuss! A playfully epic feast that's sure to satisfy even the pickiest palates.
(Serves 6-8)

Cooking Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 180°c/Gas 5
• Cook for 2 hours covered over & then cook for a further 20 mins uncovered (keep the netting on during the cooking process)
• Rest for 30 mins before carving
