A pork & mixed herb centre, encased in a puff pastry lattice and glazed in a black garlic & pepper marinade.

Oven Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 180℃/Gas mark 5
• Cook with lid off for 40-45 minutes 
• Serve piping hot
